Shop Privacy Policy

We assure our Customers of the full respect for their privacy and the protection of their personal data.

We process personal data provided to us by Customers in a manner consistent with the scope of the permission granted by the Customers and the requirements of the law, in particular in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883, as amended). We store the Customers' personal data on servers ensuring their full security. Only authorized employees of the Shop have access to the database.

Every Customer who has provided us with their personal data has the full opportunity to access their data in order to verify, modify or request its removal.

The Shop does not transfer, sell or lend the collected personal data of Customers to third parties (with the exception of companies and institutions (e.g. accounting office, courier company, electronic payment processing company) whose access to the Customer's personal data is required for the proper execution of the order and the conduct of business activities by the Seller), unless this happens with the explicit consent or at the request of the Customer or at the request of state authorities authorized by law in connection with ongoing proceedings.

Our Shop also uses so-called cookie files (cookies). These files are saved on the Customer's computer by our server and provide statistical data about the Customer's activity, in order to tailor our offer to their individual needs and tastes. The Customer can at any time disable the option to accept cookies in their web browser, although they must be aware that in some cases disabling these files may make it difficult to use the offer of our Shop. The cookie files saved on the Customer's computer store information about:

the User's session,

recently viewed products,

casting a vote in a survey.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that if we place links on our Shop's website leading to other websites not administered by us, we cannot be held responsible for either the content of these websites or the level of privacy protection implemented by the administrators of these websites. We send advertising and promotional materials to Customers only when they have consented to it. This applies in particular to the newsletter sent to the Customer, if they explicitly confirm the link indicated by us containing the acceptance for receiving the newsletter about current promotions, discounts, and new products in our Shop. These materials relate exclusively to the offer of our Shop.

All questions, requests, and suggestions regarding the protection of your privacy, especially personal data, should be submitted to the address or by phone at the number.

Return

Product return policy.

1. The Consumer may withdraw from the Sales Contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

2. The period specified in point 1 starts from the delivery of the Product to the Consumer or to a person indicated by him, other than the carrier.

3. The Consumer may withdraw from the Contract by submitting a declaration of withdrawal to the Seller. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the Consumer to send the declaration before the expiry of this period.

4. The declaration can be sent via traditional mail or electronically by sending the declaration to the Seller's e-mail address – the Seller's contact details are specified in § 3.

5. If the Consumer sends the declaration electronically, the Seller will immediately send the Consumer a confirmation of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from the Contract to the e-mail address provided by the Consumer.

6. Effects of withdrawal from the Contract:

a) In the event of withdrawal from a distance contract, the Contract is considered not concluded;

b) In the event of withdrawal from the Contract, the Seller shall immediately, no later than 14 days from the day of receiving the Consumer's declaration of withdrawal from the Contract, return to the Consumer the payment for the Product and the shipping to the Consumer, with the exception of additional costs resulting from the delivery method chosen by the Consumer other than the cheapest ordinary method of delivery offered by the Seller. This sub-point applies to the territory of Poland;

c) Shipping costs to the Consumer are refunded when the entire order is returned;

d) The Seller shall refund the payment using the same payment methods that were used by the Consumer in the original transaction, unless the Consumer has expressly agreed to a different solution that will not entail any costs for him;

e) The Seller may withhold the refund of the payment until receiving the Product back;

f) The Consumer must deliver the Product to the Seller's address provided in these Regulations immediately, no later than 14 days from the day on which he informed the Seller about the withdrawal from the Contract;

g) The Consumer bears the direct costs of returning the Product, including the costs of returning the Product if, due to its nature, the Product could not be sent back in the usual way by post;

h) The Consumer is only liable for any diminished value of the Product resulting from the handling of the Product other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product.

7) The right to withdraw from a distance contract is not granted to the Consumer in relation to a Contract:

a) Where the subject of the performance is a Product not held in the Seller's warehouse, but ordered specifically for the Customer's special request;

b) Where the subject of the performance is a non-prefabricated Product, manufactured according to the Consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;

c) For the provision of services, if the Seller has fully performed the service with the express consent of the Consumer, who was informed before the commencement of the service that after the fulfillment of the performance by the Seller, he would lose the right to withdraw from the Contract;

d) Where the price or remuneration depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which the Seller has no control and which may occur before the expiry of the deadline for withdrawal from the Contract;

d) Where the subject of the performance is goods which, after delivery, due to their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items.

Warranty

WARRANTY STATEMENT (valid from 02.06.2025)

1. The warranty is granted for a period of 3 months, counted from the date of goods collection.

2. The warranty is valid with the document of purchase of the goods and this warranty document attached to the sold goods.

3. During the warranty period, any part found to be defective will be replaced, or, if this is not possible, the customer will receive a refund.

4. The warranty does not cover typically consumable, used parts such as: rollers, tensioners, timing tensioner, and belts, timing drive chains and oil pumps; rollers, tensioners, pulleys and engine accessories drive belts; glow plugs and spark plugs; coolant pumps; gaskets and sealants (does not apply to the head gasket); filters; shells. The sensors and plastic housings for the timing gear are covered by the warranty only if they are sold. The Seller is not responsible for the consequences of breaking or skipping the timing belts/chains.

5. The Seller provides an additional 30-day warranty, according to which, in the event of the need to assemble and disassemble the purchased goods that turned out to be defective, the Seller will pay the Buyer an amount equal to 25% of the gross price of the purchased defective goods, but not less than PLN 50 gross (fifty zlotys) and not more than PLN 1500 gross (one thousand five hundred zlotys), towards the reimbursement of assembly and disassembly costs of the defective part.

6. If the goods are purchased in a currency other than the Polish zloty, the amount referred to in paragraph 5 will be paid in the foreign currency in which the goods were purchased, after conversion according to the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland, as at the date of sale of the goods.

7. Payment of the amount referred to in paragraph 5, does not apply to the situation in which the goods were sold as damaged or as goods subject to regeneration.

8. To meet the deadline and exercise the rights referred to in paragraph 5, it is necessary that within 30 days of receipt of the purchased goods, the Buyer reports to the Seller the fact that the purchased goods are inoperational, documented with photos or a recording confirming the installation of the purchased goods.

9. A necessary condition to maintain the rights referred to in paragraph 5 of this warranty is the assembly and disassembly of the goods in a professional car workshop.

10. Payment of the amount referred to in paragraph 5 takes place after the conditions specified in sec. 8 - 9, on the basis of a VAT invoice issued to the Seller by a workshop performing the service of assembly and disassembly of the purchased goods.

11. In the event of a justified complaint, the Seller will refund the equivalent of the claimed goods and the cost of shipping them to the Customer. 

12. When purchasing many items of goods, and a justified complaint about some of them, the cost of return shipping remains on the side of the Customer.

13. The goods are returned at the Customer's expense.

14. The Seller does not accept parcels sent in “cash on delivery” form, or sent at the expense of the Seller.

15. Regardless of the reason for the return, the Seller does not cover the costs related to diagnostics of the purchased goods and vehicle’s pause in operation.

16. The Seller undertakes to perform the obligations arising from the warranty within 14 days from the date of the correct notification of the defect of the goods sold.

17. The goods sold are marked. Removal of the markings of the goods or disassembly of the goods results in the loss of the granted guarantee.

18. The liability under the guarantee covers only the defects resulting from the reasons inherent in the goods sold.

19. The parts’ assembly shall be understood as the acceptance of the warranty terms.
